We will handle all aspects of extracting a grant of probate/Letters of Administration from notifying the beneficiaries, notifying the various financial institutions, applying to the Revenue Commissioners for the Certificate required by the High Court, submitting your application to the Seat office, distributing the estate to the various beneficiaries and obtaining the various tax clearance certificates.
